BarnBootCamp
BarnBootCamp is a vibrant fitness and nutritional programme that is run by Nutritional Therapist Juliette Grove & Personal Trainer /Sports Physiotherapist Zoe Taylor. BarnBootCamp is dedicated course to help you get fit, improve health, lose weight and make some vital life time changes with the help of two specialists to guide and support you. If you are looking to jumpstart your fitness & nutritional routine then BarnBootCamp is for you.
What does it involve? The course is made up of six 90 minute sessions which include a hour with personal trainer Zoe Taylor, then a 30 minute session/discussion with nutritional therapist Juliette Grove. Each session will be something new with a different approach to fitness and nutrition. The aim is to educate you and kick start a healthier life style. Each person will also get a individual training/nutrition plan to take away with them.
When is it?
Thursday nights at 19.30. The course runs for 6 weeks.

£120 for six 90 minute sessions
Yoga Lessons
The Barn holds two yoga sessions a week taken by our experienced Yoga Teacher Mark Stanford. The classes are kept small and suitable for any level, it also doesn't matter if you have no yoga experience.
Mark has been teaching at The Barn for over 2 years now, although he has been teaching yoga for over 7 years. Most of his classes will commence with a Hatha Yoga routine moving into Ashtanga. Mark will continue to pay individual attention to all his students to make sure that you learn the correct postures and ones that are best for your body.
Yoga Lessons take place in our 'fitness' Barn which is at the bottom of Church Lane(a few hundred yards down from The Barn) inside Kirklea Farm. Our little barn there is peaceful and very quiant with a view over the pond. It makes a perfect place for yoga!
Yoga is a life-long exercise & health system. It strengthens and tones the body, increases flexibility and energy levels, and calms the mind. All are essential for long-term health and wellbeing.
